The video I’m uploading is taking too long. What should I do?

Try the following:

Quick Fixes:

1. Check the video file size
   • Max: 50MB
   • Compress or lower resolution if necessary
   • Lowering resolution usually doesn’t affect analysis unless the subject becomes too blurry
2. Shorten video length
3. Check network environment
   • Use stable Wi-Fi
   • Mobile networks can be unstable
4. Check your device
   • Close other apps (on tablets)
   • Clear browser cache
   • Restart device
